Karli Neale is co-partner of Designs By Ferdod and principal of Karli Neale Interiors, bringing 20 years of experience in remodels and custom interiors. Studio and services

• Full-service design and build: Karli leads a multidisciplinary studio that includes a cabinet maker and installer, stone fabricator, and contractor, enabling a seamless build and installation process from concept through completion.

• Curated resources: The studio provides custom furniture, hand-made bespoke rugs (their own line), accessory lines, wallpaper, and unique fabrics to deliver tailored, cohesive interiors.

• Custom rugs: As co-partner of Designs By Ferdod, Karli helps produce fine custom rugs that complement and complete each interior scheme.

Background and studio

Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Karli relocated to Seattle, Washington in the early 2000s with her husband and business partner, Ferdod Haghighi. In 2005 they established their business and purchased the ground floor of a historic building in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, which now serves as their custom design studio and gallery.

Approach and values Karli’s work is defined by a client-centered approach, close collaboration with skilled artisans, and attention to enduring detail. She places high value on building long-term client relationships, which she credits as a cornerstone of her sustained success.

Personal outside of design

Karli is a longtime dog mom to English bulldogs and a committed foodie , world traveler who enjoys blessed times with family and dear friends. Like her husband, she is deeply creative and passionate about art and culture.
